Dr. Naga Prathibha Jasti
Research area
I specialize in synthesizing halide perovskites across various dimensions - from bulk single-crystal growth to thin-film deposition, while engineering strategies to enhance their environmental stability. My research combines structure-property correlations with defect physics and action spectroscopy to explain charge carrier transport and recombination mechanisms. Ultimately, this integrated approach allows me to tailor the fundamental properties of perovskite materials to drive the development of next-generation optoelectronic devices.

I am currently focused on understanding charge transport dynamics by analyzing time- and frequency-domain responses of perovskite materials and doped polymers, with applications across electronics, optoelectronics, and device physics. In parallel, I am addressing the pressing challenge of perovskite solar cell stability, aiming to uncover the fundamental mechanisms that govern long-term performance and degradation. Beyond research, I am passionate about connecting with people, exchanging ideas, and learning through meaningful conversations. Please feel free to reach out—I'd be delighted to connect and collaborate.
